Wahine Retreats Terms and Conditions Reservations & Payments All trips require a 50% deposit to reserve your space - The deposit will confirm your reservation until 45 days prior to start of retreat, at which time the balance owing is due. Your space will be reserved for 7 days to allow payments to reach us. **If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as canceled.** Method of payment is by check or money order made payable to -
Maggie Conley; Registrations will be accepted after the final payment is due, but they are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking. In the case of late bookings, full payment will be required upon registration. Payments made less than 45 days before start of retreat must be made with certified check or money order. If you have questions, please call 541-263-2029 or email Maggie at wahineretreats@gmail.com Cancellations & Refunds All payments are non-refundable and we strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees applicable. Wahine Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat up to 14 days prior to start of retreat, in which case any payment you have made will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation. If a retreat is canceled by Wahine Retreats, all deposits and full payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Wahine Retreats will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. Please note: We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of the above cancellation policies. We are unable to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next. Retreat Costs: Retreat costs and what they include are listed in the retreat package for each retreat. Retreat costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for inclusions not used. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith. The information contained in this site is correct to the best of the organizer's knowledge, but the organizer accepts no liability for any inaccuracies therein. Wahine Retreats and their employees shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or retreat participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Wahine Retreats for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these Retreats.
